中空纤维超滤机是引进国家"七五"攻关成果，消化吸收制膜工艺技术和膜分离超滤技术而研制开发膜分
离设备。它可以有效地去除水中的悬浮物、微粒、各种微生物和绝大部分的细菌、胶体、热原等，分别实现
净化分离和浓缩提取的功能。其分离过程在常温和较低压力的条件下进行，无需加热，无相变，节能高效，
为生物工程等对分离温度有特殊需求的场合提供了理想的分离手段。
该装置结构简单，操作方便，适应pH2--13范围内，处理能力为0.2--100吨/小时，超滤膜截留分子量为
6000--100000，截留率达90%以上；装置具有自动清洗再生功能，使用寿命长，性能达到国外同类产品水平。
该装置可广泛应用于食品饮料、电子、医药、化工、生物工程等领域，并可作为反渗透的预处理用于海水淡
化、制纯水等工程，具有良好的推广应用前景。现已开发出三种型号的家用净水装置和0.2-100吨/小时的各种规模的工业超滤装置。
超滤膜技术既可除去水中病菌、病毒、热源、胶体、COD、DOD等有害物质，其中透析对人体有益的无机盐，已广泛应用于牛奶脱脂、果汁浓缩、酒
类过滤、啤酒除菌、味精提纯、焦糖脱色、氨基酸浓缩、酱油除菌等生产中，而且还广泛应用于医疗针剂水，输液水、洗瓶水、外科手术洗洁水的制
备。

超滤技术简介
在以压力驱动的膜过程中，超滤是一种能同时进行浓缩和分离大分子或胶体物质的技术。它能去除大于10-200A（约0.001-0.02μm）的大分子和颗粒。
超滤技术特点：
由于超滤处理的对象为大分了物质，如天然聚合物和胶体物质等，这类物质渗透压极低，从而过程中所
需压力也很低，这就可以大降低设备投资及其运行费用；可以在常温下操作，避免了蒸发过程中出现的热力
学降解入氧化降解问题; 与常规脱水（浓缩）工艺相比，不出现溶剂的相态变化，从而大节省了能源。

Brief Introduction to Ultrofiltration Technique
Among membrane processes which are driven by pressure,UF is a fraction
technique that can simultaneously
concentrate macromolecules or colloidal substances.It retains only
macromolecules or particles larger than about 10-20
(about 0.001-0.02μm)
Advantages:
Because UF deals with the separation of fairly large molecules,such as natural
polymers and colloidally dispersed compounds etc,the osmotic pressures involved
in
UF processare fairly low.Thus UF needs fairly low pressures for operation,which
would lower equipment and operating(pumping)costs.
UF can be operated at amient temperature,Thus trermal or oxidative degradation
problems common to evaporation processes can be avoided.
As compared to conventional dewatering processes,UF does not involve a change
in phase or state of the solvent during the dewatering process.This should
result in
considerable savings in energy.
